Contacts

When working within a project you can manage the list of customer contacts specific to this project. Once added they are be assigned tasks, given portal access etc. 


If you dont want your customers to have portal access you can manage that here as well.




To change the settings of a contact select edit under the more button.


Here you will be able to change anything about the contact.


Change the basic information

Change their contact details



And change their portal access


 





You can also create new contacts or search from a list of contacts that have previously been added to your system.


Clicking Available contact will show you a list of all of the contacts that you have previously added.



Selecting the users and clicking add members will assign them to this project.




If you want to add new contacts, just click the new contact button and fill out the corresponding details
